If for any reason you do not love your Blanc purchase, simply call or email us at 415.485.0104 | firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order with the reason for the return or exchange, and you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please note the following:
The RA number must be written on the box and your original packing receipt, and all return merchandise must be received by Blanc within 7 days of issuing an RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Blanc is not responsible for items you ship that we do not receive.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. However, items purchased online may also be returned or exchanged in-person at our stores when accompanied by the original packing receipt.
Upon receipt of properly returned merchandise customers will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card for the original amount paid less any shipping fees. At this time gift cards can only be redeemed at Blanc retail stores or applied toward items seen on our website by placing a phone order.
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Skin products, intimates (lingerie and bathing suits), and merchandise marked FINAL SALE may not be returned/exchanged.

We try to ship orders the same day when placed before 12pm Pacific Time. Otherwise, they will be shipped the following day, or occasionally within 48 hours when the inventory must be transferred from our other store. All orders are sent using a trackable delivery service.
Domestic: Packages are sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS ground service. Typical transit time is one to five days. Please contact us directly should you need your purchase sooner and prefer it be sent 2nd day or overnight.
International: Packages are sent via DHL, Fedex, or UPS. Customs duties and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
To ensure your financial data is secure, all credit cards payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. If you prefer to not pay online, simply give us a call and we will be happy to process your credit card order over the phone.

Information you provide is only used to fulfill your order or provide advance notice of special events and new merchandise arrivals when you have authorized us to do so.
